CASSAVA TART
Materials:
• 500 grams of cassava
• 250 grams sugar
• 150 grams of coconut milk
• 1 vanilla
Material garnish:
• ½ kg butter
• ½ kg sugar
• 9 seed candy Yupi
• Meses & Trimi
How to:

grated
cassava, sugar and eggs in a mixer until it becomes crested. Then vanilla,
salt, coconut milk is mixed into the dough until evenly distributed. Then in
the oven for 20 minutes.

To garnish
adjusted to taste.
